For over 15 years, I've been helping entrepreneurs and leaders transform their insights into commercial success.

I'm a "doer". Trained as an engineer, my journey blends corporate strategy, tech venture support, and entrepreneurship. I've co-founded three startups and advised dozens of innovative companies as a board advisor and operating partner.

My core belief: value emerges from cross-functional skills and multidisciplinarity. It's created when we connect strategic vision, technical excellence, and deep market understanding. This balance is what I seek in every project.

I'm particularly passionate about market strategy, user research, user experience, data, and artificial intelligence — and especially how to integrate all of this into a product that drives growth and value.

Over the years, I've become an expert in product strategy and product and engineering team organization. I also provide coaching and mentoring for executives and C-levels, deliver keynotes, and actively participate in team enablement through masterclasses, keynotes, and workshops.

Today, I lead Matters, the product studio I co-founded, operating primarily in France and Europe. Our mission: putting product at the service of business performance for the companies and leaders we support. Since 2007, we've launched over 300 products in complex sectors — Fintech, GreenTech, Mobility, InsurTech, DeepTech, ConTech, and more.
